What's keeping this alive?

I realize I'm the only one posting since early July and I'm here to ask, what gives? We can't let this thing die.

So, since I've got some free time before my next class, I shall type. The first week of classes were brutal on me because I had a terrible cold. I walked out of classes on the first day because I was hacking up a liver or something. So as it goes, I walked into my philosophy class the second day and realized none of the faces looked familiar  from Monday due to the fact I was in such a fog. Had the same realization today too, like how do I not recognize that I've had philosophy class with a bunch of hot guys? Sick mind syndrome during a cold I tell ya.

Anyway, lets talk about piano. It is unavoidable that I will have to buy a keyboard in order to pass this class. I mean, they have practice rooms at rvc but they are pianos, not keyboards. The keyboards in my classroom (which is locked after classes are done in that building for the day) have headphones equipped to them so that no one has to hear just how awful I still am. The practice rooms... everyone in the hallway can hear. And people sit out there and do homework. And listen to how beautiful people can play ( I walked past one last week that was playing The Game of Thrones intro music). However I am learning. I can play a quick tune and that's about it.

My intro to fiction professor is English and she is awesome (that's the class I am currently waiting for). She says all these English things that are so cute and sometimes hilarious.

I am so glad to be back in Haverly's class again for the lab (my env. bio prof). It was really refreshing to have a teacher I know and ugh you'd just have to have him for a prof to fully understand how psyched I am for his class.

And finally I have stage make up with Julian. Now, I was under the impression that we put the make up on ourselves, which we are, except for the first assignment... I can't tell you how much I can't stand people touching my face; its a big problem. So I thought ok, its cool, Julian will be the one doing it. I can live through that. Well then he's talking about "whoever his partner is better like this" and so on and so forth. So I said, "Wait... you're going to be my partner right?" and he goes on about meeting new people and making new friends. That's just it though, I cannot talk to people. Its so hard to talk to new people. I get super scared. In the end I ended up begging him to be my partner. Strangers touching my face was not going to happen.

If you really need to stay awake all day or all night, get a White Zombie from Megs. It does not taste like coffee but its like the strongest coffee you could get. I had one around three on Thursday and kept drinking it because I was so amazed that it didn't taste like coffee. Well... I didn't get to sleep til about three in the morning... At first I thought it was a bad night, but Julian had one with me and the same thing happened to him. So yeah.. white zombie...

I am going to die this semester. Its just going to happen. I have been scheduled for so many hours at work that I will probably only sleep at my house. But Zelda.... I wanna play. The good thing (and bad thing) is that I have a three hour break in between classes on Mondays and Wednesdays so I can pretty much get my homework done then.

I've also learned it I type too much my wrist starts to hurt so I'm gonna take my damage now and leave. Bye. Post girls. Keep this alive.

Sailor Moon!!!

That is the opening to my favorite anime of all time and quite possibly my favorite show as a kid.

Ok, so Garde said she's never heard of Sailor Moon so I'm here to educate you all! Marissa said she might watch it so I'll try not to give any big spoilers to you. So this is almost the whole gang, there's only one other person missing I would include in the picture above, but we'll get to her soon. These are all the main characters. Two of them don't come in until season three, and two in season two. There are villains who are kinda main characters but they only stay for a season at the longest.

Behold! Queen Serenity. Mother of Princess Serenity (aka Sailor Moon). Its been a while since I watched the first season so I don't really remember the exact details about how she sent the Sailor Scouts to Earth to be reborn and whatnot. Serenity is the Queen of the Moon Kingdom. Obviously on the moon.

These two adorable creatures are Luna and Artemis. When Queen Serenity sent the Scouts to Earth to be reborn, it was Luna and Artemis' job to "awaken" them if the Earth ever needed the Scouts to defend it. So when the first "monsters" appeared, Luna approached Serena (Sailor Moon) and told her about her destiny to be Sailor Moon. By the way: they talk.

Here's all the Scouts in their uniforms.

And normal Amy, Rey, Serena, Lita, and Mena.

So this of course is Sailor Moon. The poster girl of the show and the main character.

Serena is kinda annoying sometimes because she complains a lot. She loves food and she is terrible in school. One of the odd things about the show is how all these girls are in middle school, but Serena is dating Darien who is in college I believe. Maybe older high school student at the least.

This is Darien. He is the only male role on the show that stays on consistently all of the seasons. His hero agenda is known as Tuxedo Mask and he fights with some weird cane and roses... He usually shows up at the right exact moment to save the Scouts asses and give a little speech on something deep and important.

Sailor Venus' real name is Mena (I love her name). She's the nerdy one of the group and spends a lot of time at the arcade. She's kinda weird though... just weird.

This is Sailor Mercury, or Amy. She is super innocent and smart. She is really shy with the boys too.

Sailor Mars is also known as Rey. She is a tough fighter and one of the most realistic thinkers of the group. I love her attitude. She's my favorite of the inner Scouts.

Sailor Jupiter is Lita (I also love this name) Mars is tough, but Jupiter is the toughest. She also loves food and is pretty smart.

Uranus and Neptune (Michelle and Amara) are the ones who don't come in until season three. But I love them. They are awesome. Their attacks are a lot stronger than the inner Scouts' are and I just like their characters better. In the original Japanese version, they're lovers. However, because this was made in the 90's for kids, the English dubbed version changed it so that they were cousins -_- I believe that this is one of their biggest mistake in the English dubbing department. The can change the voices but not the actions seen in the show...

They didn't fool me...

Sailor Pluto!!!! She is quite possibly my favorite of all of the Scouts. She's so mysterious and freaking cool. She was one that came in in season two, but she wasn't seen too much. She just somehow knows everything about everything. She's from the future and doesn't spend much time as a regular person, but when she does her name is Trista.

Sailor Saturn is a badass. I can't even say anything about her because they all seem like spoilers. But this kid, she's stronger than all the other Scouts.

And this adorable kid is Rini! She's Sailor Mini Moon and she comes in during the second season, but she doesn't become a Scout until season three. She's kind of whiny and annoying in the second season, but in the third and onward she is just awesome. I used to want to be like Rini when I was a kid, and in some ways I already was. She's sarcastically sassy and really treasures her friends that she makes. Rini is sent from the 30th century to find the Sailor Scouts (in the second season). She had to find the Sailor Scouts, a crystal, and her future parents. She had this cute little Luna Ball thing that was like magic and would turn into different objects. Or if she presses the nose (it was pretty much like Luna's face, so a cat head ball thingy...) the eye would change and she could talk to Luna P (Sailor Pluto). Pluto was practically the guardian angel looking out for Rini.

Rini and Serena's relationship is hilarious. If you start the video at 17 minutes and watch for a few minutes you can see the relationship between the two, and I think it pretty much sums it up. Mini Moon is pretty funny and cute too.

That's the end of my rant. I wonder who actually read all this...
